Mark Griffith is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in community banking and branch management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Regional Executive at Bank OZK since May 2024, Mark previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Regional Director at Umpqua Bank from April 2004 to May 2024, where Mark led teams to achieve top rankings, including being named the #1 Regional Director in the company. Mark’s earlier career includes serving as Branch Manager at Washington Mutual Bank, overseeing branch operations, staff hiring, and customer relations from April 1998 to April 2004, as well as a role as Front End Manager at Fred Meyer from April 1989 to April 1998. Mark’s educational background includes studies at Spokane Colleges and Eastern Washington University.
