Michael Song

Michael Song, CPA, CGMA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in underwriting, portfolio management, and credit risk assessment. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bank OZK since September 2022, Michael specializes in asset-based lending and lender finance transactions. Previously held roles include Credit Risk ABL at JPMorgan Chase & Co., SVP and Credit Risk Team Manager at BBVA, and various senior positions at other prominent firms such as Goldman Sachs, CIT, and Grant Thornton LLP. Michael has a strong academic background with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from Tennessee Tech University.
