Nancy Sims

Nancy Sims serves as the President of Business Banking at Bank OZK since May 2018, focusing on empowering small to mid-size businesses through personalized financial services. Prior roles include EVP and National Sales Manager for Government Guaranteed Lending, SVP Strategic Initiative Manager, and Community Banking Business Risk Officer at Regions Bank from April 2008 to April 2018. Early career experience includes various managerial positions at Truservice Community Federal Credit Union, Electric Cooperative Federal Credit Union, and Bank of Pocahontas. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Baptist College and an Associate of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Black River Technical College, with additional education at Arkansas State University.
