Royston Denzil Gonsalves

Royston Denzil Gonsalves is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics. Currently serving as the VP of Data Engineering at Bank OZK since November 2019, Royston has previously held positions including AVP, Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer, and Business Intelligence Engineer. Prior to this, Royston worked as a Data & BI Analyst Co-op at Yokohama OHTA, where key achievements included modernizing the Market Competitor Pricing Database and developing predictive models for customer segmentation. Earlier roles include Utilities Engineer at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, where Royston led a team and implemented strategies that significantly reduced costs, and QA/QC Intern at Godrej Group, specializing in quality testing and non-destructive testing methods. Royston holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
