Ryder Pierce

Ryder Pierce, CFA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Trust Investment Officer at Bank OZK, a position held since December 2022. Previously, Ryder held key roles at Southside Bank, including Chief Investment Officer of Wealth & Trust, overseeing a $1.6 billion trust and wealth management division, and managing $700 million in discretionary assets as a Portfolio Manager. Ryder began a career in finance at Edward Jones as a Financial Advisor after working as a Mathematics Teacher at Mountain Home High School, where a passion for education was pursued. Ryder's educational background includes a BBA in Economics and Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and ongoing studies towards an MBA at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
