Katarzyna Talaga-Korcz

Katarzyna Talaga-Korcz is an experienced professional in innovation design and design thinking methodologies. Currently serving as an Ekspert ds. projektowania innowacji at Bank Pekao S.A. since September 2023, Katarzyna previously held the position of Strateg Senior/Moderator Design Thinking at Design Thinking_Institute from October 2008 to August 2023. In this capacity, Katarzyna developed and co-facilitated various training courses, including the first Design Thinking Moderator Course in Poland and initiatives focused on customer experience and service design thinking. Additionally, Katarzyna has taught courses at Collegium Da Vinci, contributing to the academic field of Design Management. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics and Business and postgraduate studies in Management Psychology from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań.
