Konrad Dobrowolski

Konrad Dobrowolski, Ph.D., serves as an Attorney-at-law and Solicitor at Waypoint Legal Kancelaria Prawnicza since June 2025, providing expertise in corporate lending, project finance, structured finance transactions, and financial regulations. Operating a private legal practice since July 2012, Konrad collaborates with law firms across Poland, the CEE region, and the UK as Of Counsel or consultant. Additionally, as Legal Counsel for Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank Pekao S.A. since 2013, responsibilities include legal advisory on debt finance transactions and mentoring junior lawyers. Previous positions include roles at APSYS, Clifford Chance, Dentons, Citi, and Xelion. Konrad holds a Doctor of Laws in Banking Law from the University of Warsaw and has pursued multiple advanced legal programs, including courses in English Law and climate finance.
