Marcin Mikołajczak

Marcin Mikołajczak has extensive experience in the banking sector. Marcin is currently serving as the Head of Sales Finance at Bank Pekao S.A. Prior to this, they worked at BANCOVO as the Head of E-commerce Sales and a Board Member. Marcin also held the position of Head of CF Business Development at Alior Bank S.A. from 2016 to 2018. Previously, Marcin served as the Head of Cards and Mobile Payments at Raiffeisen Polbank. Marcin started their career as a Key Account Manager at Bank BPH and then worked at GE Money Bank in various roles, including Partner's Card Program Manager and Specialist in Credit Cards Partner Program. Marcin began their banking career as a Specialist in the Customer Service Department at GE Capital Bank.

Marcin Mikołajczak completed their Master's degree studies in International Relations at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań from 1996 to 2001. From 2007 to 2008, they pursued postgraduate studies in Banking and Financial Innovation at the School of Banking in Gdańsk. Lastly, from 2011 to 2014, Marcin Mikołajczak participated in the Doctoral Programme in Management, focusing on Project Management, at the Warsaw School of Economics.
