Paulina Gorzewska

Paulina Gorzewska, FCCA, currently serves as the Head of the Accounting Organization and Policies Team in the Accounting and Reporting Department at Bank Pekao S.A. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Paulina worked at EY Polska from July 2022 to April 2024 as an Associate Director, focusing on planning, budgeting, and financial advisory, where responsibilities included preparing annual budgets, conducting performance reviews, and managing financial analyses. Paulina's professional background also includes significant experience at EY between August 2012 and July 2022 in various capacities, including Manager in the Professional Practice Group and Senior Consultant in Financial Accounting Advisory Services, specializing in international financial reporting standards and advising major capital companies in Poland. Educational credentials include ACCA membership (2010-2012), a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
