Tomasz Paczkowski

Tomasz Paczkowski has extensive work experience in the banking and telecommunications industries. Tomasz started their career at T-Mobile Polska as a Business Analyst from March 2004 to April 2007. Tomasz then moved to Bank Pekao, where they held different positions, including Project Manager/Team Leader from April 2007 to May 2016, and Project/Process Manager/Team Leader from May 2016 to September 2019. Tomasz'smost recent role at Bank Pekao was Office Director in the Compliance Department from September 2019 onwards. In 2014, Tomasz also worked at UniCredit where they participated in the Talent Management Review Program from January 2014 to December 2017.

Tomasz Paczkowski has a background in economics and project management. Tomasz studied at the Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie for economics and at SGH Warsaw School of Economics for project management. Tomasz has additional certifications in Scrum, process and quality management, and Six Sigma.
