Stephen Russell

Stephen Russell is currently the Executive Vice President and Director of Credit and Portfolio Administration at Bank Rhode Island. Stephen previously held vice president positions at The Washington Trust Company and Fleet Bank. Stephen earned their MBA in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Bentley University. Stephen graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School in 1985.
