Jony Firmansyah is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in helpdesk and data center administration. Currently serving as the IT Helpdesk & Data Center Administration Dept Head at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna since April 2021, Jony previously held the position of IT Service Desk Operation Manager at KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati from May 2014 to April 2021. Additionally, Jony worked as an IT Service Desk Supervisor at PT. Mitra Integrasi Informatika from 2010 to 2014. Jony holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from STMIK Jakarta, completed in 2013.
