Risa has demonstrated expertise in managing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, and adhering to budget constraints. Prior experience includes roles at Manulife as an IT Production Support and IT Application Specialist, focusing on system maintenance and application development. Risa holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a diploma in the same field from Institut Teknologi Telkom.
