Ermi Yanti

Ermi Yanti is a Policy and Quality Assurance Officer at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. since July 2019, responsible for reviewing cooperation agreements and improving digital operations performance. Previously served as a Legal and Compliance Officer, providing legal solutions for digital banking activities and preparing internal regulations. Ermi Yanti participated in the ODP Legal program for leadership development. Currently an LPDP Awardee, Ermi Yanti was selected for a scholarship for advanced studies, having completed pre-departure training in June 2023. Past experiences include research and advocacy with the Traditional Fisherfolk Union of Indonesia and leadership development at PT. XL Axiata Tbk. as an Awardee of XL Future Leaders. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Sebelas Maret and pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Bristol.
