Tan Jacky Chen

Tan Jacky Chen serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Digital Channel Division at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk since August 2021, focusing on enhancing digital opportunities through technology. Previously, Tan held the position of Department Head (Vice President) IT Business Partner (Channels & Transaction Payment) at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk from June 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing IT solutions for cash management and government projects. Tan also served as Team Leader (Assistant Vice President) in IT Business Partner roles across transaction payment processing. Earlier experience includes managerial roles in business development and IT liaison at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and BNI from 2008 to 2015. Tan Jacky Chen earned an S.KOM MM degree in Information Technology from BINUS University between 2001 and 2007.
