Cahaya S. is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in product management and customer relationship strategies. Currently serving as the VP Product Lead for Account & Loyalty at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since April 2022, Cahaya has previously held key positions at DBS Bank, HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, PermataBank, Bank Mega, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, and HSBC. In these roles, responsibilities included identifying growth opportunities, managing credit card portfolios, executing marketing programs, and improving customer experiences. Cahaya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and International Business from Bond University.
