Dudy Budiana

Dudy Budiana has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as SVP - Collection & Recovery Head of Digital Banking at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since July 2008, where responsibilities include managing Special Mention and Non Performing Loans in Microbanking, credit rescue through restructuring processes, and developing strategies for collection management. Previous roles at PT Bank BTPN Tbk include VP - Collection Head for Microbusiness and Performance Monitoring Head for BaSIC UMK, along with experience as AVP - Operation Support and Procedure Development Manager at Bank Danamon Indonesia. Dudy holds a Master's Degree in Finance from IPB University and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Technology, also from IPB University.
