I'M Technologies, focusing on quality assurance for Smartcard products across various regions. Earlier career experiences include roles as Software Tester, QA Engineer, IT Support, and Web Developer. Setiati holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Bina Nusantara University, earned from 1996 to 2000.
