Shafiga Hajiyeva

Shafiga Hajiyeva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and finance, currently serving as the Head of Documentary Operations & Trade Finance at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) since May 2019. Prior to this role, Shafiga held multiple positions at Amrahbank OJSC from May 2009 to May 2019, including Director of the Business Development & Marketing Department and Head of the International Relations Division. Additionally, Shafiga served as the Head of International Documentary Operations at NIKOIL Bank from 2005 to 2009. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration in International Business from both Maastricht School of Management and ADA University, as well as a Master in Accounting & Audit and a Bachelor in Finance & Credit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
