Saara Shivute

Saara Shivute is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in sales, finance, and operations. Currently, Saara serves as the Executive Officer of Sales & Bancassurance at Bank Windhoek, a position held since September 2018, after previously leading as Head of Specialist Finance. Prior leadership roles include Head of Branch Distribution at Standard Bank Namibia, Deputy Director of General Services at Bank of Namibia, and Operations Administration Manager at Standard Bank Namibia. Saara began a career in procurement as Chief Procurement Officer at NamPower. Educational credentials include an Honors BCom in Business Management from UNISA and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Namibia, alongside ongoing studies in an Executive Management Programme for Retail Bankers at RBA International in the UK.
