Oleg Volkov

Oleg Volkov is an experienced information security professional with a strong background in leading security initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Bank ZENIT since December 2018, Oleg previously held the same title at United Card Service from August 2014 to December 2018. Prior to this, Oleg was the Head of Information Security Service Line for Financial and Commercial Sector at Helios IT Solutions, where responsibilities included analyzing the information security market, developing services, and conducting market promotions. Oleg's career also includes significant roles at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, as well as at Moscow Mortgage Agency, where Oleg focused on Information Technology and Security. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Civil Law from the Metropolitan Humanitarian Institute, earned between 2000 and 2005.
