Peonare Caka

Peonare Caka is an experienced consultant and analyst, currently serving as a Consultant Analyst and previously as a Senior Analyst at Banka Slovenije since October 2018. Caka has held various roles, including Board Member at the National Qualifications Authority and Deputy Chief of Party for USAID TLP Immersion and Public Service Courses at USAID Kosovo/RIT Kosovo. Additional experience includes leadership positions as Director of the Training and Development Institute and project management roles at RIT Kosovo (A.U.K). Caka also contributed as a lecturer, adviser for economic analysis, and consultant in different organizations. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Economics from the University of Ljubljana, an MA in Economics from Central European University, and a BS in Applied Arts and Sciences with a focus on Economics and Statistics, and Public Policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
