Julio César Díaz Calderón has worked in various roles since 2016. Julio César began their career as a Research Assistant at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where they worked on a project with a grant from the Mexican National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT). Julio César then joined the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México as a Research Fellow, where they taught courses on Graph and Game Theory, Modern and Analytic Geometry, and Differential and Integral Calculus, and led a research project on Template Theory. In 2018, they became an Associate Researcher at El Colegio de la Frontera Norte. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Member of the National Organizing Committee, National Coach Team, and Editorial Committee of the Olimpiada Mexicana de Matemáticas. In 2019, they became a Graduate Research Fellow at the University of Florida. In 2021, they were a Lecturer in Mathematics at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Julio César currently works at Bankaya as a Data Analyst and Efficiency Specialist, where they are in charge of designing and executing data projects to enable the business to increase monetization and optimize resources. Julio César is also the leader of Data Projects for Collections, Impact, Lending, and Risk, and has created, coordinated, and managed business strategies based on data with top stakeholders.
Julio César Díaz Calderón has a diverse educational background. Julio César is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Julio César has previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. In 2018, they completed a Certificate of Studies in Social Sciences and Humanities from Sciences Po. Additionally, they participated in an Exchange Program in Political Science at the Universidad de Los Andes in 2017.
