Michael Caswell

Michael Caswell has worked in the financial services industry since 2008. Michael began their career at Morgan Stanley, where they held the role of Analyst, Fixed Income Trading. In 2009, they joined BlackRock as an Associate in the Financial Markets Advisory Group. In 2014, they moved to PIMCO where they worked as a VP, Portfolio Manager & Bond Trader. In 2020, they joined Rally Cap Ventures as a Limited Partner. Most recently, in 2019, they became a member of the founding team and CFO at Bankaya, one of the first digital banks in Mexico built through a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform.

Michael Caswell attended La Cañada High School from 2000 to 2004, where they earned their High School Diploma. In 2004, they began attending Princeton University, where they earned a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering in 2008. In 2007, they also attended the University of Cape Town. In 2012, they began attending The Wharton School, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014.
