Laurent Cuvelier

Laurent Cuvelier has a solid legal background, currently serving as a Jurist for recovery and restructuring at CKV since October 2022. Prior to this role, Laurent was a Legal Manager at Justified from December 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the recovery process of outstanding amounts. Laurent's experience also includes a position as a Jurist intern at Dikaioma, providing legal support and managing communications in complex cases, and a similar role at Gerechtsdeurwaarders Exekor, where responsibilities included dossier management and legal advice. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the Council of Europe and as a Management Assistant at Hotel Bellxpo. Laurent holds a Master's degree in Law from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics from HOGENT, complemented by secondary education in Handel en bedrijfskunde.
