James Morton

James Morton serves as the Sr. Director of Integrated Supply Chain at Honeywell since June 2023, overseeing global operations for Access Solutions and fostering business growth within the Honeywell culture. Previously, from July 2023 to June 2024, James was the Director of Global Operations at Carrier - Access Solutions, managing operations for LenelS2, Onity, and Supra brands as part of the Executive Leadership team. James's extensive experience in operations includes serving as the Director of Operations at LenelS2 from August 2018 to July 2023, overseeing customer service, order entry, purchasing, distribution, invoicing, and accounts payable. Prior roles include Director of Program Management Office at Carrier Fire & Security, responsible for managing an $80M program budget across 170 programs, and Director of Program Management at Lenel Systems International, where James established a Program Management Office overseeing a portfolio budget of $20M. Academically, James holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Mathematics, both from Roberts Wesleyan University.
