In this role, they were responsible for unlocking new acquisition channels / programs for driving down CPAs and optimizing resource allocation among acquisition channels to maximize margins. Navaneetha also aligned & prioritized company resources (Tech | Product | Marketing | Operations) towards profitable endeavors.

After 4 years in this role, Navaneetha was promoted to Head - Process Transformation. In this role, they launched and scaled up contactless issuance in the midst of a nationwide lockdown. Navaneetha also tightly integrated contacless workflows for isntant issuance across key partner banks. Additionally, they built and scaled up the Bankbazaar #paperless #contacless stack across credit and deposit products.

Navaneetha has been instrumental in driving consumer adoption of the paperless stack and moving the needle on disbursal / issuance. Navaneetha has also conceptualized and launched consumer credit report access via neutral marketplaces - something that was first done in India.

Under Navaneetha's leadership, the Process Transformation team has achieved significant milestones, including scaling up the consumer adoption of the paperless stack and moving the needle on disbursal / issuance.

Navaneetha Krishnan has an MBA from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Kerala.
