Jinesh Chauhan has extensive work experience in various roles in the payments and technology industries. Jinesh is currently the Head of Customer Success at Banked, a global payments network. Jinesh also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Nokia, responsible for supporting their interactive advertising services, and as a Campaign Manager at Enpocket, managing marketing MMS messages.

Jinesh Chauhan completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Jinesh obtained a 2:1 classification for their degree. Prior to that, they attended Luton Sixth Form College from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued A Levels in subjects like Maths, Computer Science, Chemistry, and Business Studies. In addition to their formal education, Jinesh obtained the Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in November 2021.
