Ieva Raciuvienė

Ieva Raciuvienė currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Bankera since October 2020, following a role as a Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this, Ieva held the position of Human Resources Manager at a deposit and investment insurance company in Lithuania from August 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment cycle and implementing employee policies. Earlier experience includes serving as the Acting Head of General Affairs Division and Human Resources Manager at SUSISIEKIMO PASLAUGOS, ME, from September 2014 to August 2016. Ieva holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School and two degrees from Mykolas Romeris University, including a Master's in Labour Law and a Bachelor's in Law.
