Before that, Dan served as the SVP Business Solutions Manager at Associated Bank, leading support for technology systems across various divisions. Dan transformed the business solutions teams into a shared service model, supporting all business areas. Dan also had a specific focus on residential lending operations.
Dan also worked as the VP Senior Technology Officer at BMO Harris Bank, providing leadership and management to the division IT team. Dan worked with key business stakeholders to support their mission-critical applications.
Earlier in their career, Dan held positions such as Configuration Manager at VitalChek Networks and IT Development Manager at Franklin American Mortgage Company. In these roles, they focused on process improvement, project management, and personnel management.
Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated effective communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and staff in both business and IT areas.
Dan Dockendorff attended the University of St. Thomas from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. Dan later pursued a Masters degree in Software Design and Development from the same university, graduating in 2002.
