Matt Hladio has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Matt started their career in 1996 at Fifth Third Bank, where they held various roles in business banking, commercial credit risk management, and internal audit. In 2005, they moved on to work as the Director of Client Services at Titus, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Director of Business Development & Recruiter at Hudson Highland Group, Inc., where they focused on providing CFO services to companies.
Matt then joined SolomonEdwardsGroup L.L.C. as the Business Development Manager in 2007, where they developed new business and provided CFO services to clients. Matt continued their career at RSM US LLP / McGladrey from 2009 to 2017, serving as a Contractor / Employee and working primarily with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) on proforma, interim servicing, and investigation projects for multiple receiverships.
Their most recent role is at Bankers' Bank, where they have been serving as the EVP / Chief Commercial Banking Officer since 2017. In this position, they contribute to the enhancement of community-based financial institutions by delivering high-quality products and services.

Matt Hladio completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from PennWest Edinboro. Matt attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
