Alex Demkiw

Alex Demkiw has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the banking and finance industry. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Government Guaranteed Lending Manager at Bankers Trust, where they are responsible for marketing, origination, and servicing of SBA and USDA government guaranteed loans. Prior to this role, Alex worked at Lincoln Savings Bank as a VP, SBA Commercial Lender II. They also served as a Senior Commercial Loan Officer at Veridian Credit Union and Vice President Commercial Lending at Community Bank & Trust - Waterloo. Additionally, Alex held various positions at Town & Country Credit Union, KeyBank, Huntington National Bank, and Wells Fargo Financial, where they gained expertise in sales, leadership, branch operations, and client relationships.

Alex Demkiw completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Marketing from Wayne State University, which took place from 1995 to 1999. During this time, Alex also attended Lviv Institute of Management in 1998, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 1997, Alex attended Harvard University for a short period to study Ukrainian Language and History. Additionally, Alex obtained a certification as a Cedar Valley Leadership Institute 2017 Graduate.
