Andrew Kelly

Andrew Kelly is an experienced educational leader and insurance professional. Currently serving as a Unit Field Trainer, Insurance Producer, and Retirement Planning Field Director at Bankers Life since September 2022, Andrew specializes in supporting retirement and life planning through various financial products. As the Chief Executive Officer of Radically Transforming Lives, a consulting firm founded in 2008, Andrew focuses on educational reform for schools and districts, particularly in high school reform and equity initiatives. Previous roles include Superintendent for North Beach School District and Lyle School District, Assistant Superintendent at the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, and Executive Director at Abeo School Change. Andrew has held principal positions at Procter R. Hug High School, Roosevelt High School, and Clover Park High School, implementing innovative strategies to improve student outcomes. Andrew’s educational background includes multiple degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration, culminating in a Doctor of Education from Washington State University.
