Eric Rueckl

Eric Rueckl is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales management and adult learning facilitation. Currently serving as a Field Development Manager at Bankers Life since February 2011, Eric specializes in teaching concepts such as ethics, sales and leadership skills, coaching, and building trust. Prior to this role, Eric held positions as a Regional Sales Manager at Tempur-Pedic from 2003 to 2008, overseeing sales and training within a four-state territory, and as a Territory Sales Manager at Sealy from 1999 to 2003, managing sales and account servicing in Central Illinois. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree from Rock Valley College.
