Lavaron Howell

Lavaron Howell, MBA, has extensive experience in financial management and training within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Unit Field Trainer at Bankers Life since July 2019, Lavaron provides guidance to individuals navigating Medicare and retirement health care options. Prior to this role, Lavaron worked at RHA Health Service, LLC, from June 2001 to January 2020, as an Accounts Payable Supervisor, where responsibilities included utilizing Workday software, coding invoices, and handling Medicaid billing. Lavaron holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a bachelor's degree in the same field and two associate degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Lenoir Community College. Educational credentials include a high school diploma from North Lenoir High School.
