Tina Worsham has extensive experience in retail and training, currently serving as a Unit Field Trainer at Bankers Life since December 2020. Prior roles include Store Manager and Assistant Manager at New York & Company from January 2012 to September 2020, and various positions at Victoria's Secret from 2008 to January 2012, including Sales Lead and Sales Floor Associate. Tina's career began in the service industry as a Bartender at Miscue Lounge and progressed through retail management roles at Burdines, Fashion Bug, and Chess King. Tina holds an insurance license from the Florida Department of Financial Services obtained in 2020 and a high school diploma from Belz Academy.
