Anirudha Panse

Anirudha Panse has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Anirudha has held key leadership roles in various prestigious companies, including First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Citi, Citibank India, Export-Import Bank of India, and Parke Davis India Limited.

At FAB, Anirudha served as the Managing Director and Head of Trade Finance Product Innovation. Anirudha led a large team responsible for product management and innovation of all Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) products globally. Anirudha developed a 3-year global product strategy and effectively implemented it, along with relevant business plans. Anirudha was also responsible for launching new innovative products, commercialization, and managing trade business risks.

During their time at Citi, Anirudha had multiple roles, including Director - Supply Chain Finance Product and Cash Management Billing Product Manager. In these roles, they achieved significant goals, such as increasing profits and building positive relationships with clients across various industries. Anirudha also represented Citi on a Steering Group involving senior government officials. Additionally, they demonstrated their expertise in accounting, legalities, technology, and buyer implementation for supply chain finance.

At Citibank India, Anirudha served as the International Trade Operations Head. Anirudha was responsible for managing trade operations worldwide and overseeing a team of 340+ employees. Anirudha effectively managed operations across multiple sites in Mumbai and Chennai and outsourced operations for various trade finance functions.

Earlier in their career, Anirudha worked at Export-Import Bank of India as a Deputy Manager, where they gained comprehensive experience in sales, operations, credit, risk, and product. Anirudha successfully solicited new clients and handled the credit appraisal process.

Anirudha's career began at Parke Davis India Limited as an Assistant Manager, where they managed fixed assets accounting and successfully implemented an automated fixed asset accounting software.

Throughout their career, Anirudha has consistently demonstrated leadership, innovation, and a strong understanding of global trade finance and operations.

Anirudha Panse completed their SSC degree in Maths, Science, and Sanskrit from VPM English High School from 1982 to 1992. Anirudha then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce, Tax, and Accounting from Kelkar V G Vaze College from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they obtained the Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1993 to 1998, specializing in Accounting and ranking holder in CA Final. Anirudha Panse also has additional certifications in areas such as Digital Disruption, Inspirational Leadership, and Trade Based Money Laundering.
