Arun Pavithran

Arun Pavithran has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Vice President & Senior Audit Manager for Group Internal Audit at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since May 2017. Prior roles at FAB include Assistant Vice President in both Operational Risk & Controls and as Integration Lead for an Integration Project. Previously, Arun held the position of Senior Manager for Treasury and Investment Operations at FGB between May 2006 and May 2017. Earlier career highlights include roles at Crédit Agricole as Manager for Middle Office and as an Assistant Dealer in Treasury Front Office from May 1996 to March 2006. Arun holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), completed between 2002 and 2005, and a Matriculation in General Studies from St John's The Evangelist High School.
