Hend El Sahly has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Hend most recently served as the Head of Customer Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Bank Audi - Egypt from March 2018 to June 2022. Hend also worked as a Senior Service Relationship Manager at Bank Audi from May 2017 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at CIB Egypt as an Operations Coordinator from December 2013 to April 2017, and as a Customer Service Representative from December 2007 to December 2013.

Hend El Sahly received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a major in Business Administration and Management from the Faculty of Commerce English Section at Cairo University in 2006. In 2019, they completed a diploma in Social Media Digital Marketing from CORE Training and Consulting and also studied Digital Marketing with a focus on social media at Proceed Academy. Additionally, in 2023, they attended the Egyptian Banking Institute to study Detection Fraud Forgery-Document Fraud.
