John Giannelli has over a decade of experience in systems engineering and cloud infrastructure, with a career spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Starting as a Systems Engineer at Sunrise Senior Living, John managed a 10,000-user environment supporting over 40,000 employees across multiple countries. John then served as a System Engineer IV at CWPS, acting as the primary escalation point for a team of engineers and managing escalations for over 25 clients.
