Sean Westley

Sean Westley is an accomplished Sr Ground Systems Engineer and Program Technical Advisor at Stellar Solutions, leading efforts in the deployment of a rapid prototype and operational transition program. With extensive experience in systems engineering and project management spanning over two decades, Sean has previously served as a Systems Engineering Technical Advisor at SAIC, ensuring the sustainment of software and hardware systems, and managing agile development projects for ground systems. Sean's foundational expertise includes leadership roles in the United States Air Force, where contributions included managing operations for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and overseeing satellite monitoring systems. An accomplished educator and technical instructor early in Sean’s career, Sean holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
