Kapil Shardha

Kapil Shardha is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and consumer banking. Currently serving as Vice President and Principal Architect in the Consumer Banking Group at First Abu Dhabi Bank since May 2023, Kapil previously worked at Amazon Web Services from August 2016 to May 2023, holding roles including Principal Solutions Architect and Cloud Technical Account Manager. Prior experiences include positions as Manager of IT and Infrastructure and Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Education Management Solutions, and SaaS Infrastructure Engineer at NextDocs Corporation, where Kapil contributed significantly to the development of the Compliance Cloud infrastructure. Kapil also engaged in academia as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania and a Lecturer at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology. Kapil holds a Master of Science in Telecommunication and Computer Networking from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology.
