Karen Tan

Karen Tan has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Karen currently serves as the Head of HR Asia at First Abu Dhabi Bank. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Deutsche Bank AG. Karen also held various roles at The Northern Trust Company, including Human Resources Manager APAC excl India, Senior Human Resources Consultant, and HR Manager Asia and Australia. Karen began their career as a Human Resources Advisor at Deutsche Bank AG, Asia Pacific Head Office. Overall, they have a strong background in HR and a proven track record in managing HR operations and strategies.

Karen Tan received their Bachelor of Business degree in Business from the University of West London in 2000. Karen later pursued a Masters of Science in Management from the National University of Ireland, which they completed in 2008.
