Kelvin Kairong Toh

Kelvin Kairong Toh, CAMS, currently serves as the Group Head of Sanctions at First Abu Dhabi Bank since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kelvin held significant positions at HSBC from November 2018 to January 2023, including Head of Sanctions and Transaction Monitoring, where responsibilities encompassed implementing country-level policies and guiding the first line of defense on transaction monitoring activities. Additionally, Kelvin was the SVP & Head of FCC Sanctions in Singapore, overseeing compliance with global sanctions policy and engaging with local regulators. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in sanctions and compliance at OCBC Bank and United Overseas Bank Limited, as well as regulatory supervision at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Kelvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Applied Economics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
