Mohamed Rasheed M.P. has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Mohamed Rasheed started their career in 1995 as a Credit Analyst at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Mohamed Rasheed then moved on to various roles at FGB, including Senior Credit Officer, Assistant Credit Manager, Credit Manager, and Senior Credit Manager. In 2010, they joined First Gulf Bank as Assistant Vice President-Credit, where they supervised a team in credit appraisal and deal structuring. Mohamed Rasheed later became the Vice President - Unit Head, overseeing the core work of credit appraisal and deal structuring for corporate investment banking accounts. In 2015, they joined FGB as the Head of Credit-Credit Administration and Collection, leading a team of 60 professionals and developing policies and procedures for maintaining a sound credit culture. Currently, they are the Head of Credit Restructuring at First Abu Dhabi Bank, responsible for developing and implementing work out plans and policies in line with the bank's business strategy.

Mohamed Rasheed M.P. obtained a Credit Skills Development Certificate (Omega) in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Scotland in 2008. Mohamed Rasheed pursued their Master's Degree at the University of Kerala from 1985 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Calicut from 1980 to 1985. Their high school education was completed at VVM High School, where they studied General Studies from 1970 to 1980.
