Muralidhar Reddy

Muralidhar Reddy has a diverse and extensive work experience. Muralidhar began in 2004 as a Product Manager in IT at GST Limited, followed by a role as a Product Manager in IT at Javelin Communications FZ LLC in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Iycon FZ LLC, focusing on pre-sales consulting, project management, and business intelligence applications implementation. Muralidhar then joined Commercial Bank of Dubai in 2007 as a Performance Management Specialist, where they developed and automated Balanced Scorecards and contributed to improving performance management processes. In 2009, Muralidhar became the Director of Corporate Performance Management at National Bank of Abu Dhabi, responsible for implementing the Balanced Scorecard system across the bank and producing performance reports for the executive team. Most recently, they have been working as the Vice President, Strategy Principal at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since 2017.

Muralidhar Reddy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Maths, Statistics, and Computer Science from Osmania University from 1996-1999. Muralidhar later pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Sciences from the same university from 2000-2002. Additionally, they obtained the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) at an unspecified time.
