Noora al Reyasi

Noora Al Reyasi is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in leadership roles at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since 2010, currently serving as Vice-Chair of the HR Steering Committee and EVP & Head of Group Performance and Development. Noora has implemented strategies to enhance learning, talent, and organizational development, while promoting Emiratisation and a high-performance culture. As Chair of the Nationalisation Taskforce, Noora successfully directed human capital integration during the merger of First Gulf Bank and National Bank of Abu Dhabi, fostering cultural cohesion and aligning talent strategies. Prior to FAB, Noora held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Etisalat UAE, focusing on customer service excellence and business transformation. Noora holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
