Rama Naidu Aca

Rama Naidu ACA has extensive work experience in risk management and consulting. Starting in 2005, Rama worked as an Executive Finance at Bharti Airtel Limited. From 2006 to 2010, Rama served as an Asst. Manager - Internal Control at ING Vysya Life Insurance, where they implemented the ING global risk management framework. Rama then worked as a Consultant - Risk Management at Blue Star Infotech from 2010 to 2012, providing consulting services in operational risk capital computation for various banks. From 2012 to 2014, Rama was a Senior Consultant - Risk Consulting at Dun & Bradstreet South Asia Middle East, where they provided risk management consulting to banks and financial institutions. Rama later joined SAS Middle East as an Industry Consultant from 2014 to 2016, working on operational risk management and business continuity management projects. From 2016 to 2018, Rama served as the Head of Operational Risk & Compliance Officer at Finance House, where they established and implemented an operational risk management framework. Rama then moved on to Amlak Finance PJSC, where they worked as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Rama is the Vice President - Operational Risk at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), a role they began in February 2023. Throughout their roles, Rama has demonstrated expertise in risk management, policy development, workshop facilitation, and consulting services.

Rama Naidu ACA holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
