Rayed al Khulaitet

Rayed Al Khulaitet is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Finance & Regulatory Reporting at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since April 2018. In this role, Rayed builds strategic relationships to support FAB Capital and KSA Vision 2030, oversees financial reporting, conducts audits, and ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks. Prior to this, Rayed held finance management positions at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, where responsibilities included regulatory reporting and governance of financial systems, as well as role in financial control and performance management. Rayed’s earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Chief Accountant at Abdulla Fouad Group, managing investments and overseeing general ledger responsibilities. Rayed holds a diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia and the General Securities Qualification Certificate from the Capital Market Authority.
