Steven Croker

Steven Croker currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate & Investment Banking Services at First Abu Dhabi Bank, a role held since April 2017. In this capacity, Steven oversees a broad range of post-trade services transaction processing disciplines with a team of approximately 220 personnel, focusing on optimizing resources, automating workflows, and enhancing client solutions. Prior to this, Steven held key positions at various financial institutions, including the National Bank of Abu Dhabi as Group Head of Wholesale Operations and UBS, where responsibilities included overseeing cash and trade finance operations for the Asia region, managing OTC derivative confirmations, and leading FXMM operations. Steven's early career included roles at Rabobank and Crédit Agricole CIB, contributing valuable expertise in FXMM operations and trading support.
